Final Version of Link to zip file dated 2016-12-04 <<< can be found there. Earlier dated links files do not contain the Vehicle SRD and later ones go 404 error on you.
Some people reported having trouble downloading it in a recent thread, so I downloaded the contents and posted here. Simply rename ForevenSector.zip to ForevenSector.7z and uncompress.
