Question: under CE build rules, can a powerplant that is nominally only supporting a Jump Drive (and not a maneuver drive too) get by without a separate allocation of fuel?

Question: under CE build rules, can a powerplant that is nominally only supporting a Jump Drive (and not a maneuver drive too) get by without a separate allocation of fuel?

CE? Cepheus? PPs in Cepheus have their fuel as part of the PP tonnage and are refueled once/year during annual maintenance. The only fuel allocation on design is for Jump hydrogen. Not really a fuel as it is only used by the JD to create the bubble and the PP supplies all the energy to the JD.
