I'd never have bought it if it wasn't on sale.
They really need to think about re-naming it so it's more obvious what it is. "Rider" for example does not have the same problem. But if they called it something like "Carbon County" people might think it was just a gazeteer.

When you figure the book has a core RPG game, a complete setting, and lots of support content rolled into a single book, it makes sense why it is so large.
Specifically, Roald Dahl's 1953 short story, "Lamb to the Slaughter," (Wikipedia) adapted into a 1958 episode of Alfred Hitchcock Presents. (Ian Fleming suggested the premise.)
