A question regarding Avenger products

At the risk of inciting a riot, can any one tell what the likelihood of the M1000 and CT Avenger products seeing the light of day again? Are they likely to turn up one day on a FFE CD (thus should be followed as canon) or are the in the same boat as DGP (save if possible but don't worry too much if you overwrite it). I'm asking as I'm sketching out a Gateway submission and wonder if I should worry about Homecoming (personally I REALLY dislike it as canon due to the 7th major race thing, but that is just my personal opinion).

I tend to take the opinion that if there's no chance a new author can get hold of it, then it should be regarded as obiter dictum not ratio decidendi :devil:
