Ancient Gimmicks and Doodads

I'm looking for a complete list of canon stuff. From the Oynssark and the Shimmersuit, to the Blue Seashell and Relativity Pistol, to the antimatter brick and teleportation discs.

So far, the devices fall into these categories:

(1) Armor (shimmersuit, black globe).
(2) Transport (discs and teleport pads).
(3) Power (antimatter brick).
(4) Sensory (starmap).
(5) Manipulation (relativity pistol & grav gun).

The grav collar. A collar and laser pointer that allow the collar (and person/animal) to be lifted and moved as directed by laser pointer.

The ultimate muzzle. A small pad that (when applied to a dogs chin) will numb the mucels used to bite.

I suppose the Artifact the Zhodani have which led them to the Core
expeditions.

The Ancient artifacts were the initial key to curiosity about the galactic
core. In the ruins of Zhdant City, explorers found a small device which could
project a three-dimensional starmap, a starmap which extended along a
corridor 30 pars.ec$ in diameter and more than 8,000 parsecs long- aimed at
the galactic core. Initial investigation of the artifact's map showed it to
be accurate, even to showing stellar spectra, gas giants, and worlds. The
artifact also proved to be a powerful psionic focus; most psionically
talented individuals found the device to produce an undefined and unexplained
sense of hilarity (possibly caused by differences between human and Ancient
brain thought path connections). A very few (fewer than one in ten thousand)
found that the device produced clear, readable images, usually of ships and
star patterns somewhere along the route of the map.
