WAP websites, upon which travellermap.com is hosted, states the following:

"This site is stopped

The site you have attempted to reach is currently stopped and does not accept any requests. Please try to reload the page or visit it again soon."

Anyone know what's happened?

No information.

Possibilities include, but are not limited to:

1. Hosting issues
2. Downtime for maintenance
3. Downtime for upgrades to the site
4. ... other ...

However, if anyone is acquainted with the admin of Travellermap, please communicate that the site is currently unavailable.
