Same issue. It is best to treat GT sources as a parallel universe. Marc's statement about GT when it was first approved was "Non-authoritative"...

No, not even remotely close. That's your own personal hobby horse.

BtC is a mess, but we don't toss out all MT sources because Fighting Ships of the Shattered Imperium was decanonized.

I spoke too imprecisely... and too soon.

First off, the scope of my comments should be restricted to the Sphereworld at Nooq 3201. No status change implied for the rest of GTA3.

Secondly, it turns out the jury (a.k.a. MWM) is still out on the Inheritor Sphere; the last note I have is from DonM in 2016, indicating that a final decision has not been made. In September 2016, mmarquee's updates for (unofficial) Hiver sectors for TM removed the Inheritors completely. I was conflating those in my head.

Perhaps relevant is some discussion at: http://www.travellerrpg.com/CotI/Discuss/showthread.php?t=35555&highlight=nooq&page=3 - one of the things alluded to there is some uncertainty about licensing issues with various aliens from the GT:Aliens series, but apparently that's been resolved.

So... nothing firmly determined so far as I can tell. Sorry for the confusion.

I do believe you are correct. One was Yaskoydray's Lab world, one was a Droyne world, and one was a Reserve world. IIRC.

Update: no. Page 32. It's three systems. But it would've been cooler if it were a rosette.

About spheres, in the MT adventure Deadly Artifact (Challenge #65, pages 17-20) there's reference to a Dyson Sphere, but the location is not specified (or more probably left to the referee).
