Based on T20 or d20 Modern

Will 2320 be based on T20 or d20 Modern (& how closely)?

It's very much T20.

I find the combat and other sections of the rules to be an improvement in some ways, so 2320AD is my game of choice for combat heavy scenarios.

While it is T20, 2320AD can be used with D20 Future. The Referee's Chapter does contain some notes on converting it for use with D20F. I think T20 is a better fit, though, especially for combat, and for combat involving vehicles.

I've been hanging out for my moot subscription so I can read the 2320 play test documents. But I think 2320 will be published before I gain mootie status

Anyway ... I'm really looking forward to reading the book Colin!
