Class Skils or Cross-Class Skills

It says that if you get the Vessel/Grav (Because your from a high tech world) that you get the Pilot Skill as a Cross Class Skill if you don't already have it as a class skill on page 33. (Says the same thing about driving.) But on page 111 under the Vessel Feat it says it is a Class skill. Which is correct?

I treat it as a Homeworld Class skill since the Vessel feat is a World Feat. Since Pilot is a trained skill they get 0 skill rank per page 32 which also follows the Vessel Feat wording on page 111.
