1. What art Traveller products (including Challenge magazine/JTAS) would make very cool T-Shirts?
2. Does Marc as a copyright clearing house, if someone wanted to reproduce a likeness of a practical likeness of a particular work?

I think just a black or white T shirt with a small version of one of the logos (Imperium, Ling, etc) that we can use with our sigs would be pretty cool. No 'Traveller' written on the shirt as you would only want the cognisentii to understand the meaning of the logo.

Ravs

I think some shirts featuring Andrew or Scarecrow's work would be nice. Maybe some logos from Arrival Vengence, 4518 lift infantry reg. or even maybe the Imperial Sunburst with the great looking Navy, Marines, Army ,Scout or merchant logos we use for avatars superimposed on it . Maybe we could even have our ship or unit names printed below the logo.

Be nice to wear to cons and ye old local game shoppe.

Course these days you can just photoshop what you like and have the image put onto a t shirt for you by the local photo bureau.

Photo Bureau? You can just buy the $15 program and with a basic color printer, do it yourself. The program includes the special matte paper to print it on to and then you just iron it onto a T-Shirt.

I have several home-made shirts like that. My wife and I took some cool pictures on a tour of NASA and I have a great one from that:

Black T-Shirt with a Vacc Suit floating at an angle. Through the visor, you can see MY face. (It was a picture board at Johnson Space Center).

As long as you don't sell them, I think you are legal to make one for yourself. Hunter, do you know the legalities of making a shirt for personal use with pictures/logos from printed material?

I was thinking about doing that, but I don't know the legality of it either. Plankowner, do the Transfers hold up pertty well?

Might be a bit too nerdy, but an "LBS" would be cool:

A Little Black Shirt, red line & "Traveller" on the front, with the Beowulf's distress call on the back.

I particularly like the idea of something that only another Traveller disciple would recognize.

Seconded. Makes alot of sense.

I have had my Spacesuit T-Shirt for about 5 years now and it still holds up. Of course I only wear it on special "nerdy" occasions. I usually wash it delicate and inside-out to help keep it in good condition. I have no complaints. My kids had some when they were younger and they design lasted longer than the shirt did.

But they are so darn cheap that even if they only hold up for a dozen washings or so, you just do it again.

Tell us more! What program is that???

I've always been partial to these, have the Traveller logo on the front left
chest and these on the backs...
