CT CD: Order From Where?

I went to the FFE site with the intent of finding out how I can order the CT CD but the PayPal link appeared to be broken and there's no mailing address that I can find. Can anyone out there help, please?

Tried the Paypal link (http://www.farfuture.net/cdrom/index.html) and it seemed to work. Maybe a temp glitch? And if you need to contact Marc directly you can email farfuture (the @ sign) farfuture.net
