Damper Technology Question

If a Nuclear Damper can reach inside a nucleus and change the forces that hold the thing together, is there an equivalent technology that would do the same for the forces that make chemical reactions occur?
Particularly one that finds those chemicals that make bullets move and makes the reaction spontaneously start?
Or the one that makes Neurons work?
After all, the physics can't be so different...Ok so a bit naif but how plausible is this?

The Nuclear dampers work on the principle there are four fundamental forces in the universe: Gravity, electro-magnetics, Weak Nuclear, and Strong Nuclear. Chemical reactions are electromagnetic forces at work.

Nuclear Dampers make subtle adjustments to the Weak Nuclear forces allowing for the Nuclear decay to go faster (at less energy) or slower.

You want something that effects the semi-stable explosives in the bullet casings, try a microwave or terrahertz laser weapon. This will dump enough heat into the object to trigger the chemical decomposition.

If you heat a conventional (powdered format, not 'plastic') explosive quickly enough, surely that will cook off before any other reaction has a chance to set in?

That isn't what Striker says. Both LBB4 and Striker agree that nuclear damper technology affects the string nuclear force, not the weak.
Projecting from two separate stations, the intersection
of the two transmitted broadcasts produces a series of nodes and anti-nodes. In the area of the
nodes, the strong nuclear force is enhanced, making the nucleus more stable. In the area of the
anti-nodes, the strong nuclear force is depressed, making the nucleus much less stable. Antinodes
are focused on incoming nuclear warheads, causing them to shed neutrons at low energy
levels, rendering the warhead inoperable.

Nuclear damper technology manipulates the strong force, not the weak force, it is my contention that meson screen technology is a development from damper technology that can manipulate the weak force.

If our standard model passes muster in the 57th century then damper technology is manipulating quarks via gluons therefore damper technology is gluon field manipulation.

Meson screens and guns appear to manipulate the weak force as well which means W and Z boson control and corresponding manipulation of their fields.

The T5.09 section on dampers etc does indeed suggest the manipulation of matter at the quantum field level of interaction and offers a lot more options than the T5.10 version - unless it is hidden somewhere.
