TL-15 battlefield radar must be an impressive thing, with all our research going into terawave, OTH, non-line-of-sight, backscatter, etc.

Speaking of backscatter, in a hard-rad environment where you don't care about the radiation, the backscatter from an x-ray laser might be pretty useful for imaging through cover? Heck, with a nuclear damper, couldn't you induce radiation from objects behind the cover to silhouette any hiders?
