After re-reading the "Grand Survey" supplement by Digest Publications, I decided to have a go at building a Hexagon model of the Donosev.
Of course straight away, I discovered somebody had already done one, but undeterred, I've decided it will be fun to do it anyway.
Looking at the Joe Fugate cover, deckplans and the Supplement 9 picture, I can get a pretty good idea of proportions and dimensions.
However, I am concerned regarding the length of the sensor booms, which appear longer on this design...

...than they do in the aforementioned artwork. The Grand Survey details actually specify their length in metres (36), and comparing them to the plans, seems to support the visionforgestudio view rather than the actual artwork.
Are there any other reference sources I might have missed?
