Not only is it gone, but none of the files seem to have been preserved at the Internet Archive. I was trying to get the High Guard software and while the page with the links to the software have been preserved, the actual downloads have not.

Not entirely correct - a number of sites have PDF and other downloadables. (gspendragon.com, for example, has a couple PDFs preserved. Proof: http://web.archive.org/web/20190303102045/http://www.gspendragon.com/lesarmes.pdf )

Only those files the spider can grab are preserved.
