Gaming aids/tools

New request: do you all remember the “let’s go belting” flow chart / mini game back in early CT JTAS? I can pair that with theater of the mind to start my kids down the path of long distance traveller. Anyone know any other such examples? I’m aware of a fan made “solo / choose your own adventure” game, I know zozer’s Solo book. Please don’t mention Exit Visa/escape from Arden / Zilan Wine (about 20 mins in I always start torturing the bureaucrats). Also any apps/spreadsheets other electronic game aid suggestions would be helpful. Thanks!

I vaguely remember some magazine articles that were "flowchart" driven.

If you search for "Art Gorski' in the iOS app store you'll find a number of utility apps for Traveller that I've written. All free, of course.

If I remember correctly, the original Gamma World game has a similar flow chart to be used in allowing lower Tech characters to figure out higher Tech Level devices. I would have to get out my old copy and check on that to be sure.

MegaTraveller's Referee's Manual p. 47-48 has a chart for research projects.

The DGP world builder handbook has several flowchart kinds for doing system surveys. And the Starship Operators manual has a maintenance and repair workflow.

For adventures themselves I would look through the EPIC adventure format as explained in the T20 rules and the T5 rules.
