Well, there's Freelance Traveller, and in the Infocenter, the Traveller On The Internet pages has a page of links to other sites. That list hasn't been maintained in a while, so I'm sure that quite a lot of link rot has set in - I can guarantee, for example, that not one of those sites on geocities.com is going to work - but it's at least a starting place, and many of the sites that still work will have link pages of their own, and there's also the webrings...
