Have not received Guidebook yet.

I ordered and paid via Paypal for the Guidebook on 11-03-07, and to date have still not recieved a prompt to download it.

It was transaction:

Transaction ID: 3Y2078055D3860817

I tried PMing you Hunter, but you cant get messages. I have also asked Colin about it, if he could touch base with you about it.

Have you logged into your Library account?

When I got my comp, it just appeared in the e-libary subscriptions page without any notice elsewhere.

Boy, that thing just doesn't want to let me in. I'm using the same password I use for the Forums. Anyone know what I could be doing wrong?

Oops, needed to reset my password.

Thanks!

p.s. Weren't we supposed to get a free copy if we helped proofreading the Guidebook?

I thought so too, and Hunter wrote me by email thanking me for doing the proofreading and saying it was in my library, but when I looked it wasn't there. I wrote to Hunter twice, but no reply. It might be possible that I have another account I don't know about? Not sure, but it would be nice to get some clarification.

heigh ho!

I got my comp the day it went up for sale... Now, the 2320 one, that took some finagling to get it to work...

At this point, I'd like my paypal account credited, so I can get it from another source like DrivethruRPG or something. I think 40 days is enough of a wait to get a pdf that should take a minute or so to download. Want to give QLI the benefit of the doubt, but they aren't making it easy.

I wish that I had read this thread prior to placing my order, I can't get into the library either. I don't like the fact that my first post is a complaint.

Sorry you ran into a glitch. It's usually best to email me directly if something like thing happens.

I've set up an eLibrary account for you and had the system send your login information and directions on where to go to download your order.

Let me know (via email) if you run into any other problems.

Thanks for the quick response and hopefully all the rest of my postings will be more Traveller/gaming related then my first.
