Maybe I'm just totally missing it somehow, but where are the promotion rolls at for Hiver High Guard in the Hivers book?

You don't need to roll, because even if the roll isn't high enough, you just manipulate the results!

They are in the High Guard book. Use the promotion charts though from the Alien Module Hiver book instead of the from the High Guard book.
