HyperDrive?

Since Mongoose Traveller has added the Warp Drive and the HyperDrive, I thought to bring them over to the T20 system. Now the Warp Drive is easy, it simply causes your powerplant to double its fuel usage while in warp, and the WarpDrive simply is in parsecs per week, using the standard Jump Drive, but not using the massive amounts of fuel that the Jump Drive does. However the HyperDrive is a little Trickier:

It takes up 2x the normal amount of space as a Jump Drive. But the Mongoose Traveller system as set Jump Drives using letter codes, and this code then determines the maximum size of ship that can enter Hyperspace using the wormhole into hyperspace (as per Babylon5). How can we bring this over to the T20 system?

I think Aramis was referring to the Drive Charts in the Mongoose Core Rulebook (page 107). However, since you are using T20 as the technical architecture, why don't you just calculate the Jump Drive tonnage required for the hull per the T20 rules and double it? You would get the same effect.

I was referring to the Mongoose Traveller SRD (in the Developer's kit).

Which includes about 85% of the core book, ad 95% of Merc and HG.
