Is RPGSuite down?

I keep trying to get into RPGSuite and the program freezes at

Connecting
Scanning Future

Does anyone know if the server is down?

Got it working, but the webpage Homepage doesn't recognize that I logged in. Other pages on their website do recognize me. Weird.

Funny I just used that yesterday, and I have the Aslan package but it fails to export the character to a PDF, and the history (when reloading the character) is blank. I did export to JSON (glad they added that) and will probably put in a bug ticket. I use that program only every few months but it is nice. I mainly use it to generate NPCs though if I get an on-line game going I may share screen and have the players make the choices.

edit: first ticket in 6 years. I did get it when it first came out I think.

It seems to be working because I can add things to my cart and see my billing address, but it says Login/Register at the top like I never logged in. Weird.

I have noticed sometimes that the site does not let me buy new things - not sure but I think the cookies get messed up or something because when I clear my cache for that particular site it works (and it works on any of the other browsers I also use). Sometimes I wonder that the internet works at all!

Follow up on my ticket was prompt: they could recreate the issue with the exported character I attached, so at least that bug was not just user error.

But glad it is back to working for you.
