CT Only: Jumping and throwing

Anyone aware of any rules regarding how high, far a character can jump or throw an object?

Roll <= Strength attribute. Then worry about the distance according to how much under the roll is.

The only thing I know of a rule for is distance you can throw a grenade. Strike says you can a target out to 20M on an 8+ and to 50M on a 12+

Thanks. I dug out my copy of Megatraveller and found rules. They are a little heavy on the math but once worked out not to bad. I may adapt/adopt them.
