Large turrets/Small bays

When Yaskoydray was running GT severial years ago I slipped into hi gearhead drive and started designing various new weapons+mounts.One of these was the barbette[turret] of which 4 could be installed per 1000 tons.I designed a range of weapons to fit into these barbettes,as well as being able to hold 12 standard turret spaces[12 lasers or 8 plasma guns!]Or you could go the other way and install 4 barbette sized weapons[12 spaces each] into one bay[50ton].This way one could somewhat decent firepower on a small ship,or good secondary weapons on a 1k to 10k sized ship.I have not gotten around to converting these yet to T20 as I was wondering if anyone has seen anything like this in any previous traveller material/postings.

I've also got a range of "larger" turrets which can mount larger weapons - rather than a group of small ones.

Everything is fairly obvious and they stick with the obvious limits.

My Turrets (1 per 100 dt) can mount laser/missile/sand
My Large Turrets (1 per 200dt) can mount Fusion/Plasma/Torp
My Barbettes (1 per 500 tons) can mount Particles/Capital Missiles

I'm still sloting things into my variant T20 campeign - probably never going to be ready - but fun playing with (I too know what it is to gearhead)
