I was going to suggest google or one of those people-finder sites, but then I noticed that the author note in GT:FT says that "Jim MacLean is the pen name of a doctoral student in economics at an Ivy League university." Not much to go on if it isn't even his real name. I hope SJG has more info than that; if not, I'd say they are SOL.
