Welcome to the new COTI server. We've moved the Citizens to a new server. Please let us know in the COTI Website issue forum if you find any problems.
We, the systems administration staff, apologize for this unexpected outage of the boards. We have resolved the root cause of the problem and there should be no further disruptions.
I can't find him in the database to ask him to contact you, so if he's on COTI, he's not filled in the name field. (Note: I do not give out emails without explicit permission from the owner.)
Checking RPGGeek.com, he's not got a user account linked to his designer page.

Techbook is really good BUUUT... check out the Career Book "Tinker, Spacer, Psion, Spy" for some amazing changes to Traveller character generation. I'm using the same format for my homebrew version. It's excellent; makes characters backgrounds so much more interesting and the fun to create. I stole his ideas and expanded on them.
If he's passed, that blows. They never released one of the sourcebooks mentioned and I was hoping to wheedle some notes out of him. Definitely one of my all-time favorite supplements.
I'm betting it's him. He knew MJ Dougherty at least and its a small circle. Dougherty has some writing credits in another book for the Twilight Sector.
