This is the link to Lazzarra Yachts, a real-world manufacturer of luxury motor yachts. Polished mahogany, granite countertops, flat-screen TV in every room. The 106 foot model is $8.8 million, (that is just under 3 MCr)

They have detailed deckplans of their 80 foot and 106 foot models. I have some parts of the accommodations overlaid with red 1.5 meter grids HERE.
And yes, those are jetski hangers on either side of the transom.
