Not unless you want to start defining kiloparsec hexes for mapping galactic regions. But those would not be official (but might be useful given T5/The Galaxiad and the advent of the Skip-Drive at TL-20 or so).
T5 suggests to me that power of ten hexes would be useful, but it is certainly nonstandard. You can use the planetary maps as a template.
kpc hexes are a good scale for a galaxy map.
A subsector with 80 1pc hexes is roughly the same size as a 10pc hex which has 75 1pc hexes, but a domain has 1280 hexes which is smaller than a 100pc hex which has 5625 1pc hexes.
This all blows up substantially in 3D but that can be made to work too.
