Well, I finally found that box within a box of miniatures from WAY back when.
Unfortunately, only the miniatures remain for most of them, I don't really know how they came packaged so I have grouped them by subject.
I do have 2 sets that are still in their original box:
1) Martian Metals 15mm Miniatures for Traveller #2901 "Adventurers"
Contains the following:
1ea Airraft with Driver
1ea Battledress w/ Laser Pistol
1ea Battledress w/ Integral Laser Pistol
1ea Protective Gear w/ ACR (weapon broken)
1ea Vacc Suit w/ Snub Pistol (weapon broken)
1ea Vacc Suit w/ Laser Carbine
1ea Vacc Suit w/ ACR
1ea Outdoor Gear w/ Assault Rifle
1ea OG w/ 2 Autopistols (1 pistol broken)
1ea OG firing SMG (painted)
1ea OG w/ SMG
2ea Women w/ SMG (one painted)
This is the complete set from the list on the box.
2) I also have a set of 5 starships. They are in a plane beige box with the original foam. They are the complete set, but I have no idea who made them or for what game. One looks vaguely like an Imperial Star Destroyer and one looks vaguely like an SR-71. None are painted.
I have several groups of miniatures that I have collected into like groups, although they probably did not originally come that way:
3) 9ea Battledress and Vacc Suit figures (2 are partially painted, they had capes or cloaks and I painted those parts red)
4) 10ea Protected Forces troopers with face shields and a variety of weapons. At first glance, they looked like a mercenary unit?
5) 13ea Adventurers in a variety of poses with handguns of various types. Male and Female figures.
6) 14ea Adventurers in a variety of poses with Rifles or long gun weapons. Male and Female figures.
7) 12ea Mercenaries in a variety of poses with a variety of weapons. I grouped these together because they all had helmets on. There is also a stand-alone shield looking unit that I think goes with this group.
8) 15 Civilians in various poses, unarmed.
9) 12 Aliens of various types, typically 2 of each, but not always. Includes a elephant-like beast with a rider.
Total count is 103 figures or ships, which is WAY more than I remembered! 2 are completely painted and 2 are partially painted; all others are bare metal.
If anyone knows how some of these others were originally grouped, I will be happy to package them that way, otherwise they go as grouped above.
I am not looking to make any money on these, so if you are interested and will pay to have them shipped to you, they are yours if you will hug them and kiss them and call them George...
I can take digital pictures of any that you would like, but since I don't have a website, I cannot post it here. Send me a PM or email me at le_not_el@yahoo.com and I will see what I can do.
I would prefer to spread them around since I know that several people are interested, but I have no desire to keep any of them, they are essentially free to a good home.
