I know the FAQ says it'll be statless, so I assume you mean that, but UWPs seem pretty crucial to establishing a setting. Is there any chance you'll make an exception here?

It never occurred to me that Statless might = no UWPs, becuase they're the same everywhere. So yes, there will be UWPs
Glad to hear it. I think I may just hold out starting a new Traveller campaign until your TNE book comes out. Most of my players enjoyed the TNE setting more than any other and I think they would prefer the continuity of going to 1248 (or thereabouts) rather than returning to 1000 at this point.
