Modified world generation for the Solar Triumvirate

I've decided to modify the world generation sequence for my Solar Triumvirate setting to reflect two things: first, the fact that the setting is young and with a large undeveloped frontier; and second, the fact that the Solar Triumvirate allows far less local autonomy than the OTU's Imperium.

Technically, all Triumvirate worlds outside the Sol System are colonies (GOV 6) and are ruled by Governors appointed (usually for life) by the Solar Triumvirate government. However, due to the vast distances and communication times involved, the Governors have considerable lattitude in how they run their colonial administration, and different Governors run their colonies in different ways, but they rarely govern totally alone - even the most totalitarian-inclined governors would have to share power with a few other key officilas (such as the local Army's commander, the Garrison Commander and so on) "dropped from above" by the Triumvirate government.

So the following rolls apply:

1 - Area Types
Core: Up to 2-Jump-2 from Sol or up to 1-Jump-2 from a major STL colony.
Intermidiate: Up to 5-Jump-2 from Sol or up to 3-Jump-2 from a major STL colony.
Frontier: More than 5-Jump-2 from Sol or more than 3-Jump-2 from a major STL colony.

2 - Starport Types
Core: As usual for LBB2 or LBB6.
Intermidiate: Treat a Starport-A result as Starport-B.
Frontier: Roll 1D6; on a result of 1, Starport-C; on a result of 2, Starport-D; on a result of 3 or 4, Starport-E; on a reult of 5 or 6, Starport-X.

3 - Population UWP Levels
Core: 2D6-3
Intermidiate: 2D6-4
Frontier: 1D6-2

3 - UWP Governments
Roll 1D6 and consult the following table:

This is my suggestion for any worldgen (sorry, but I can't find anywhere else to put it, not that I've looked).

Atmospheres of type A require TL 7+, while atmospheres of B or C require TL 8+, and preferably 9+.
