Need for 2300AD software

Looking over the planet generation thread, it alerted me to the need for 2300AD software, has any of this ever been produced? Here I am not talking about spreadsheets and databases but things that I referee could crank out planets and characters, at the speed that you can do in Traveller.

BTW, is there any plans to put any of T20 into a software package, I would be happy to buy independently. Maybe Swordy (once the job situation settles), or the other programmers out there they could devote some energy to it.
