Need Info on Duke Norris' Court

I'm running a campaign where the PC's will be doing some work for Norris - particularly stuff wherein he needs to preserve his deniability ;)

In perusing the TML I've come across the following names and would appreciate any detail that my fellow citizens could offer:

Commander Daevagh

Branj Dilgaadin

Also any interesting tidbits on the whole Warrant thing (yes, I've read "Ask Avery"), the INI vs. ONI situation and anything on how Regina eclipses Mora as the sector capital would be most appreciated as well...

Mora became capitol of the Domain because of its central location. That's about what I know.

As for the personas... Wasn't Branj his seneschal (or other advisor)? And Psionic to boot?

Branj Dilgaadin was indeed the Duke's Seneschal. It has been also confirmed (upon Branj's passing after the collapse in the Regency he was a Psi. THAT is top shelf intel prior to 1132).

Branj I know about. Commander Daevagh I do not; must be a FNG on the Dukes Staff. Anybody heard of that guy?
 
Branj was completely bald and Norris's right hand man. He regularly read Norris's mind and acted upon those thoughs with the full permission of Norris. Norris became rather withdrawn after Branj's death, and it is rumoured that their very close psionic presence effectively stopped Norris marrying.

You may also want to look at Norris's clone daughter, she is in the arrival vengance adventure.

There is another Character

Sir Daylenn Morridan, he is one of the Seven, elite agents of Norris doing the undercover work. Officially he is a member of Norris's guard.

Born on Ruby, parents killed by zho bombardment in 4th FW, 1 older sister. Got the SEH when his transport ship misjumped into zho territory, was boarded by a Zho patrol ship, and he organised the naval crew to grab both vessels.

He hates the zho and is borderline loony, he hates psionics and is constantly routing out psi insititues. he has a deathwish. This psi ability is subconcious and allows him to feel other nearby psi individuals.

Les - nice work on those, I've been enjoying your material and will be stealing, er, borowing rather shamelessly ;)

I wasn't sure if Daevagh was canon (like Branj) or someone you'd come up with for FIHP.

With one of the characters in this T20 game being a noble, the high level intrigue game seemed the way to go, although most of my PC's are into anime so I'll be stirring in some Cowboy Bebop for them... and I know none of them saw Firefly so there's some more stuff I can draw from and look really clever without having to work too hard ;)

RichardP - thanks for the details - I'm thinking Daylenn Morridan will come in very handy as well.

Not that I'm going to steal absolutely everything it's just nice to have lots and lots of window dressing to grab onto in a pinch, since I tend to ref with a *lot* of improvisation... the lovely cast of characters from my Free Trader Irreconcilable Differencesis going to be putting in an apperance very soon. Of course most of them are going to be dead but that's what makes it interesting.

Anyways thanks again to all who responded - if anyone else has some more crunchy goodness on Duke Norris it will be most appreciated.

During 4FW Emperor Strephon delegates war
powers to Duke Norris of Regina

[1085] Norris attends Imperial Staff

sublieutenant.
[1086 Norris spends almost a year
travelling from the Spinward
Marches to Diaspora sector [with a
