Needed Aides?

I've pretty much convinced myself I need the first traveller's aide. I always love equipping my NPCs with equipment NOT in the main manual, it keeps the players on their toes.

That said, I'm not sure what the point of the second one. Nothing in the ta2 description was particularly interesting.

In short: Why should I want the second traveller's aide supplement?

To briefly summarize the review I sold to JTAS:

If you like gaming fiction, it's OK.

If you're short of scenario ideas, you can get a few from it.

Read the serialized Traveller novel written by Martin. If you like it, you'll probably like his short stories. If you don't, then give the TA a miss.
