PDF?

According to the header for this forum there is a pdf version of the gateway to destiny book? I can't find that to order it, can someone help me out?

Also, reading the advert for the book it apears there is an "upcoming" campaign or series of modules for this? Is there an ETA or is it sort of a vapor product?

The PDF version of Gateway was only open and available before the book came out in print. When the book hit the shelves of your FLGS, QLI stopped selling the PDFs.

There are a number of adventures already out on PDF for the setting, and there's a few sourcebooks and such in the works, including a couple of Grand Adventure mega-campaigns. However, QLI is a small operation, and fortunately doesn't over-extend itself financially, so their throughput rates are a little low. Slow and steady wins the race...

These products will be coming out, but it may take a while.

I missed the boat on the Gateway PDF.

REgret it, too. Gateway is PACKED with info and could really use electronic searchability.

Wouldn't it make sense to have the book available on PDF as well as the print version. Surely this would increase sales. Anyone from QLI want to comment?

I suppose you'll sell more of the expensive dead tree versions if there are no pdf options. But I'd imagine you'd overall sell less of the product at all in that scenario.

I would have bought pdf of the T20 manual but it wasn't available. Had to think pretty hard about buying the printed version.

I won't buy this product, sadly, because it's only available in print. It might be a great product but my Traveller campaign is running well without it. Supplemental info isn't worth the sort of money that a dead tree version costs.

I would also buy the PDF version (for the right price), but not the print version. Perhaps QLI should reinstate the PDF version to increase their sales.
