I downloaded the free demo, it's pretty neat. No support for other than terran environments at this point but it's not on their list. It's very much in alpha stages. The alpha coincides with a game they're using to test it out... Anteworld. Basically, it's like a Morrow Project theme.

It's pretty cool to think in ten years I'll be able to load up Astrosynthesis, download a map to something like this and show aerial flybys of the world.

To clarify, I misspoke... Outerra DOES have alien planets on their list but it's way down there.
