I find something that is close to what I need, and then tweak it a bit. Otherwise, I assume that the Scout Service messed up entering the data, and use what I want. For me, Traveller canon is a guideline, not an absolute.
If your desired planet is neither too large nor too heavily populated, find a published system with more people, declare it to be a gas giant's moon, and place your world on another such moon.
Are you looking for a world with jungle somewhere on its surface or a world covered with jungle from pole to pole? In the first case, just pick any world with a biosphere and a climate from normal to hot. In the second case I can't help you.
