Looks like the Aliens cargo walkers or power loaders are going to happen as a real tech, VERY soon.

And cheap, $8000 plus.
Isn't that interesting, lift goal is 100kg- same as the Striker Battle Dress. How is THAT for real world datum point verification?
Obviously these things are not getting made into BD miniaturization/armor/non-encumbered quality tech level anytime soon, but the bare outlines of it are already in place.
Of course this stuff will help with RL aging rolls.
But a more interesting question is, does this mean women can truly perform physically as well as men in combat roles when their suits have the same strength?
Also, of course recoil can be absorbed by the frame so one could mount at least machineguns on a weaponized version of this, the 30-lb sword can be a thing, and I imagine one could mount an Apache weapons helmet targeting system to swivel that machinegun around and designate/fire without necessarily lining up the arm on the target.
