MGT Only: PSI Alternate Rules

Here are some Alternate Rules for Psions in Mongoose Traveller v2.If you like Psionics, I think you'll like these.

As Referees, it's up to you whether or not to use these. It can kick a Psion's Strength up pretty high or give them other advantages. But don't throw them all out if you only dislike one or two of them.

I'm putting 'Special' back into the game with this, tho. And the PSI Chart I'm working on will have a d66 list of Special Talents.
