Hunter is sending out the orders as fast as he can. I'd guess he sent your other stuff out before the books arrived at the Fortress of Evil, (they got to us on Wednesday) and yout THB will be en route now, or soon.

Packages from all elsewhere at the hut of the acolyte-heretic. None from the Fortress of Evil today? Where art the holy Tome of T20? Hath it been sent? Is there a tracking number I may inquire after in the tea leaves?
 
STill no sign of it. Hmmm, the revelations from the Post Offal worker's entrails leave the matter "undecided". Have to catch another one tomorrow...
 
The Heavens parted and the earth stood still as the Brown truck rlled back the tears and another copy of T-20 Hb fell into the grateful acolyte of the Fortress of Evil's heretical hands... :D :D

(And all the orcs were relieved they didn't have to chase down the pOst man's 5th replacement!)
