Neat stuff. I've seen some of the pieces featured right now before, where each planet is just a funny Earth with funny-looking people on it, but not all of the series. Thanks for the link. Pluto and Jupiter are something else!
I think that it's really cool that the artist/author has given some thought to justifying why the creatures look as they do. Good fodder for Traveller races, I say!
As I recall the art was re-used on a series of juvenile SF books about then. I believe that's where I first saw the art for Mars, with the book's title and author in place of the explanatory text. IIRC, the art had no relationship to the story, too (as was so common, once).
