MGT Only: Senior Crewman Makhua Akadguka (MgT2)

While preparing for my campaign, I started rolling up characters, since I was unfamiliar with Mongoose Traveller and wanted to play with both chargen and combat. And, somehow, I rolled up a decent character.

Senior Crewman Makhua Akadguka
Age 34
2 terms Navy/Flight (left service as Ensign); 2 Terms Merchant Marines
8C7C97
Pilot(Spacecraft)-2; Athletics(Strength)-1; Broker-1; Diplomat-1; Electronics(Sensors)-1; Leadership-1; Mechanical-1; Melee(Blade)-1; Vacc Suit-1; Drive-0; Gunner-0; Gun Combat-0; Medic-0; Persuade-0

Makhua joined the Navy under strong family influence; finding it not to his liking, he left after two terms, and joined the a startup merchant line as a Merchant Marine for two terms, until the company had to declare bankruptcy and let him go.

He mustered out with a dagger, a ship share, and CR15,000, ready to seek his fortune among the stars.

I'm trying to decipher my own handwriting. It's apparently a Formidable Language(Anglic) (1D Minutes, INT) check, which is why it took so long to reply :)

First term in Navy: Your vessel participates in a diplomatic mission to Thanbar/Querion to ensure cooperation so the Zhodani can not use the system as a staging ground. Gained Diplomat-1

Second term in Navy: Was given a special assignment or duty on board ship. He volunteered to exit the craft while in Jump Space to repair a malfunctioning Jump Plate. With Jumpspace only inches from his suit, he performed the mechanical repair and made it back to the ship intact.

First term in Merchants: Was given Advanced Training in a specialist field, but the training did not stick.

Second term in Merchants: While working a a broker for the line, a series of bad deals and decisions forced the line into bankruptcy. (I expanded a bit on this - it just wasn't personal bankruptcy, it was the entire fledgling line, and therefore, I tacked on an Enemy)
