slipspace drive? a new way to jump?

hello again,

well like in last thread i said i would ask about this drive well i want to make this like a new drive for Traveller. so here is what i know about this drive so two long high powered particle accelerators fire and when the two combined they make mini black holes, that because of hawking radiation evaporate in a nanosecond. but the "magic" of this is that it can fit a multi-thousand ton ship into this slipspace. so i am wondering what this magic might be, rules for it, suggestions, and such. well a little on slipspace it is supposed to be a eleventh dimension where ships can travel interstellar distances because of the folded space.

the "magic" of the drive?

well here are a few ideas that i tossed around.
1. an EXTREMELY powerful laser fires into the black hole and this laser is a energy version of the entire ship, then going through the wormhole in the center of the black hole causes it to travel faster then light to a position where the energy is reconverted into matter. but this is like our current teleporting efforts... useless.
2. what if the mini black hole was instead of being evaporated held in place with extremely strong special gravity generators and while being feed hydrogen (to keep from collapsing) other black holes are place together, lets say that each of these mini holes are one level up on the dimensional planes so if we are on the 3rd (actually 4th because 1 layer of time) then we would have to combined 8 holes. so after the holes have been combined together then suddenly cut the "fuel" for the black hole and it collapses, but before this happens (i think this will work) the ship is sucked into the black hole causing it to "jump" to the eleventh dimensional "slipspace". now matter can only exist in a 3 space dimension but only energy exists in higher dimensions
so once in S-space (slipspace) the ships would convert to energy but strong fields of weak nuclear forces holds the bonds for matter together. now as in slipspace using this method speed is 2.5 times C (speed of light) or 749,481,145 M/S,
