So I keep reading those TV Tropes (yeah, thanks alot Easterner9504
) and I keep seeing the term Space Western applied to Firefly. Now I thought about this and I think with the comedy/slapstik and the Robin Hood-ish stories Firefly could be termed Space Opry. An offshoot of the Space Western combined with the Grand Ole Opry.

Space Western (and Space Opera) just seems too serious, to me anyway.
Space Opry just sounds more fitting.
What do you think?
