I got the PDF of 2320AD and is it look like a pretty update of the 2300AD universe. However I don't see any stats on using rockets,shutterwarps with the T20 construction rules?
The design system was not included with 2320AD, largely for reasons of space. It will be made available at a later point in time, possibly as part of a T20 Referee's Guide.
