Steve Jackson deckplans scale?

I've got a set of Steve Jackson Games deckplans for the Scout/Courier, but I can't find what scale it is. Does anyone know if it's 15mm or something else?

A Type S scout is 34.5 meters long, 24 meters wide. Might I suggest a ruler and find the ratio...?

I think it's just your standard 1.5 meter^2, same as all the other deck plans.

I'd not be surprised if the measurements are in yards, since GURPS (if I recall correctly) is non-Metric.

Looks like the GURPS deckplans are 1" = 1 yard, according to their forum.

One website says the cardboard heroes that come with it are 15mm.

The cover sheet says :
1 hex (1") = 1 yard
1 square (1.5") = 1.5 meters

I don't see that on my cover sheet.

EDIT: Also, for the Cardboard Heroes, it says to cut along the dotted yellow lines. There aren't any dotted yellow lines.
