Lasers can be mounted on a vehicle or towed per Striker Book 3 page 18.

CPR guns have a table that determines the characteristics of a towed weapons carriage.

Would I use the constants of Weapon Weight x 2.5 and Weapon Price x .25 for a towed laser?

Does volume = carriage weight?

Yup on all of the above. It might seem that a laser should have a smaller carriage or mount but not with these rules. It's still smaller than an energy weapon uses.
