Hello again,
The following items from the design sequence and rating sequence may be errata.
1. Design Sequence 11 Step H Electronics p. 25:
300 Power Radio; Weight: 0.01 tons or 10 kg; Price: Cr400
Rule Book 3 p. 42
TL 5: 300 Power Radio; Weight: 115 kg or 0.115 tons; Price: Cr400
TL 6: 300 Power Radio; Weight: 12 kg or 0.012 tons; Price: Cr400
TL 7: 300 Power Radio; Weight: 1.2 kg or 0.0012 tons; Price: Cr400
There is no 300 power radio that weighs 0.01 tons or 10 kg. The example design's tech level is 7 which would change the weight from 0.01 tons to 0.0012 tons.
2. Design Sequence 11 Rating Step A Weight of components if the 300 power radio weight is correct the weight in the equation needs to be adjusted from 0.01 tons to either the TL 6 value of 0.012 tons or the TL 7 value of 0.0012 tons
3. Design Sequence 11 Rating Step A Weight Components appears to be missing the weight of Design Step D: Controls which is 1.5 tons. Step P. Price includes the price of the controls Cr150,000.
Step A: 1 ton (Airframe) + 1 ton (Power Plant) + 0.35 tons (Cockpit) + 1.04 tons (Weapons Mounts) + 0.3 tons (Ammunition) + 0.12 tons (Electronics) + 1 ton (Maneuver Enhancement) + 5.19 tons (Fuel) = 10 tons.
Inclusion of the controls weight of 1.5 would push the aircraft's weight from 10 to 11. 5 tons.
4. Design Sequence 11 Rating Step N Range At Cruising Speed Loaded is shown as 2,123 km
Design Sequence 11 Rating Step E determined that the aircraft's loaded cruising speed is 547 km per hr.
Design Sequence 11 Rating Step M determined that the aircraft's endurance at cruising speed is 3.7 hrs.
Loaded Cruising Range = 547 / 3.7 = 2,023.9 km
Rounding (2023.9,0) = 2,024 or rounding down(2023.9,0) = 2,023
