After posting and looking for something else I found this link in my favorites: http://www.travellerrpg.com/eLibrary/
When T20 came out I bought the system and purhased several electronic items. Luckily those electronic copies have survived my old computers death and a couple of bumps in the road on my new system. Unfortunately, my SpaceMaster electronic material bit the dust.
