Do you guys see any major changes that will have to take place if using the new T5 rules? I just ordered the new book and am wondering if there will have to be all new versions of HighGuard, Mercenary, Scout etc. Are their any major changes that will effect MgT2300?

Its my understanding (limited to be sure) that the T5 book basically includes the bulk of what are usually supplements - hence the 600+ page tome.

It is a different rule set, with significantly different task mechanics than Mongoose Traveller - keep in mind, its Traveller, but its a unique version - just like MT, GURPS, TNE, T4, etc. (etc.!) are different rulesets...

ok, honestly with all the trouble Ive had working the conversion, starting fresh might not be a bad thing after all. Collin did a great job, no condemnation intended but there are some real gray areas that Ive had heck with, as Im sure you who frequent the forum here have noticed.
