TAS Form 1....?

Probably the dumbest question ever posted on here so my apologies in advance.

I often wondered if there was ever a TAS Form 1. If not, why not.

Just one of those questions I always wanted to ask but felt it too trivial to waste people's time with.

(If you look at Supplement 12, the form numbers very well could be from dice rolls! But I'm just kidding... besides, Robots ends with TAS Form 103!)

So if there was a TAS Form 1 it would be similar to TAS Form 41?

Just something I always found curious, that by starting with TAS Form 2 it left things open to create some kind of preliminary form later on.

I am going to go with the idea that TAS Form 1 is a request form for ordering hard copies of other TAS forms or data. After all, the TAS is all about supplying information, right?

Perhaps it is a request form for a writing implement to complete the form.

Or a mailing envelope for the JTAS (didn't they used to print the world map grid on those?).

First draft - not fillable and just what I could remember of TAS membership. (Hope fonts are embedded right - haven't tested off posting machine.)

You threw this together? I'm amazed. It looks like it has just come straight out if Supp 12.
I personally couldn't think of anything to add to this or anything which is missing.

I thought my original question might appear to be a little stupid but after seeing TAS Form 1 in all it's glory with the CT look I'm glad I asked.

On another note, and slightly off topic but I am no longer receiving email notifications to my subscribed threads. I wonder if this has anything to do with the recent server maintainence/upgrade?
I did check my profile to make sure the boxes were ticked and nothing has changed.
It's no big deal as I check here regularly anyway, but if aramis or any other mods/admin should notice this then hopefully it has made someone aware of it.

Had less than 30 minutes while readying to leave the house - so took maybe 20 minutes using a point ruler and some PostScript code. Could be tweaked a little, to be sure - I eyeballed a lot (usually good to +/- a 72nd of an inch).

Will make it fillable if I get a chance...

[P.S. - Citizens' Information Centre looks like a good place for forum issues?]

Why do you need a schedule? For a million credits I want to come and go as I please. Probably would have personal preferencesreferred drink, type of drink...

really? I think we're reacting to the lack of forms.

Documents:

1. The ship needs records:
   • bank payment schedule,
   • Captains Log,
   • Maintenance Log,
   • Ship Maintenance Manuals,
   • Travel log,
   • Manifest,
   • Fuel log,
   • Crew records and salary.
2. TAS needs ...
   • membership and preferences (TAS01)
   • reservations schedule (optional) - FacilityLocation, ETA, ETD.
3. Govt and military have document requirements too: Travel records...
